stanpumpR
Plots predicted drug concentrations for any dosing regimen using published PK models.

About stanpumpR
An open-source descendant of Stanford's STANPUMP. Enter boluses, infusions or target concentrations and it plots plasma and effect-site levels for anesthetics, opioids, neuromuscular blockers and many other drugs, including oral, regional and inhaled routes. A Single Paper Review tab uses Claude to check the model in an uploaded PK paper.
What it does
- Dose table for boluses, infusions and target concentrations
- Live plasma and effect-site concentration curves
- Drug library across many classes and routes
- Covariates such as weight and age
- Single Paper Review: AI check of a PK paper's model
- Email a slide of the current simulation
