About Interactive Gaze Simulator
A free 3D teaching model of both eyes moving through the nine positions of gaze. You apply a third, fourth or sixth nerve palsy, internuclear ophthalmoplegia, thyroid eye disease or another motility disorder and see how the eyes behave, each with a short teaching card. A motility chart mode works the other way: record where each eye pointed and it suggests which conditions fit.
What it does
- Third, fourth and sixth nerve palsy, INO and thyroid eye disease
- Brown, Duane, skew deviation, myasthenia and orbital floor fracture
- Motility chart mode that suggests likely conditions
- Switch fixing eye to show secondary deviation
- Near target for convergence
- Shareable link for every case
