About Easy LA Segmentator
Runs TotalSegmentator on a cardiac CT to segment the left atrium, pulmonary veins and appendage, then reports LA volume, labels each vein, measures the ostia and flags variants. Models export to STL, VTK for CARTO 3 and OPAL HDx, and DICOM for EnSite X. For Windows and Apple-silicon Macs; the README says research use only, not a medical device.
What it does
- Quick model or full analysis with ostium diameter and area
- Flags common trunks, accessory or middle veins and ostium size
- EP views, cut plane, ruler and semi-automatic ostium adjustment
- STL, VTK (CARTO 3, OPAL HDx) and DICOM (EnSite X) export
- Runs offline; images stay on your computer
